On New Year’s Day, the Nederlands Blazers Ensemble traditionally blows the audience in the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam into the New Year in a festive and full of surprise, delight and emotion. This year’s theme is Smartlaps. In addition to the Blazers, the compositions of young winners of the composition competition ‘On the way to the New Year’s concert’ are also central. This concert is the best possible musical start of the new year.
